The secret to long-lasting quality relationships
Here is how I help defend the relationships that matter in my life from the fangs of the ego.
This is probably the best long-lasting relationship advice you will ever get. It has worked for me and I know it will work for you.
Of course, I use this strategy only with people who genuinely love me as much as I love them.
There is absolutely no value in adopting this secret with selfish people who are not yet able to love others.
Long-lasting relationship secrets
I accept the fact that my loved one and I, as human beings, are both vulnerable to the prompts of the ego.
Despite best intentions, I know that the ego will inevitably cause us to say or do something incredibly stupid and hurtful.
I make a conscious decision that when this happens I will
- Start a Source Healing Session for yourself.
- instantly drop any feelings of ill will and the need for revenge or retaliation.
- forgive myself for any part I played in triggering the hurtful incident.
My “secret” does not involve elaborate thinking, self-sacrifice, wallowing in denial, or making excuses for the hurtful act.
Doing the Source Healing Session instantly brings me in alignment with the Light. This is the most important component of the response.
My decision to drop the entire incident instantly and deny it energy is not based on religious-induced forgiveness. It is a way to help prevent the ego from destroying a worthwhile relationship.
I also find that my secret helps my loved ones evolve. They also adopt it in their lives instinctively.
They know it works.
Your ego is probably having convulsions while you are reading this note. It will try to imply that my secret will cause you to become powerless and vulnerable. I guarantee quite the opposite.
